Terms of Service

These terms explain how SchemaStruct accounts, workspaces, plans, and content can be used.

Effective March 25, 2026

This agreement applies when you use SchemaStruct through the website, editor, workspaces, or related services.

Using SchemaStruct

SchemaStruct is designed for collaborative schema design, visual modeling, and export workflows. These terms describe the basic rules for using the product, maintaining accounts, and working with content inside the platform.

If you also want to understand how account and workspace data is handled, read our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SchemaStruct, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that violates these terms or creates risk for the service, our users, or third parties.

Acceptable use

You may use SchemaStruct only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You may not use the service to interfere with platform stability, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, distribute malware, abuse shared collaboration features, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

  • Do not attempt to bypass account, rate, or usage limits.
  • Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
  • Do not use automated methods to scrape or overload the service without our written permission.

Your schemas and content

You retain ownership of the schemas, notes, prompts, and other content you create or upload to SchemaStruct.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights required to upload or share any content through the product.

Plans, billing, and paid features

SchemaStruct may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and any recurring charges associated with your subscription.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Plan details, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout or in the applicable pricing experience.

We may change pricing or packaging prospectively. Material changes will apply on a future billing cycle, not retroactively to charges already incurred.

Our intellectual property

SchemaStruct, including its software, interface, branding, design elements, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Availability and product changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features, integrations, and plan limits over time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily impacts availability.

Disclaimers

SchemaStruct is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for reviewing exported code, generated schemas, AI-assisted output, and production changes before relying on them in live systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or if continued access would create legal or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related obligations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Continued use of SchemaStruct after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page. We will use that channel for contract and policy questions related to the service.
